About this location

We offer two camping pitches: pitch on grass grids with direct garden access.
Additionally, a lawn for tents in the garden.
The entrance to the pitch (approximately 2.50 m wide) is located next to a private driveway. The pitch offers direct access to a usable garden (also a possible tent site) with opportunities for lounging, barbecuing, playing, and relaxing. Seating is available.
There's also a stream with access. Ideal for relaxation for adults or play for children.
A bus stop is within walking distance.
Excellent hiking trails directly on the property and in the surrounding area.
Various cultural attractions are within walking distance or reachable by bus, e.g. eagle observatory, bird park, open-air museum, Hermannsdenkmal, Detmold city center with castle, and much more (see pictures).

Depending on the dry weather, a fire pit with firewood will be provided (please inquire). A great starting point for the most beautiful hiking trails through the Teutoburg Forest. Rewe supermarket 2.6 km away. Bus stop a 1-minute walk. Delicious restaurants nearby (feel free to ask us for recommendations). Various tourist and cultural attractions in the vicinity (see photos). Fresh water and electricity are available directly at the pitch. The pitch is on our property, so we can assist with any questions regarding wastewater disposal (sewer access directly next to the pitch). The price is for 2 adults. Children up to 17 years stay free!
