Discover our 6-hectare estate, wonderfully quiet in the countryside of the Creuse, France. Stay in our beautifully furnished Sibleybell tents, in the holiday cottage with a terrace overlooking the water, or on a lovely green camping pitch. Ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy the peace and quiet, but also enjoy gathering with other guests for a campfire or BBQ evening. Facilities include a football/badminton court, table tennis, play barn, lake, small swimming pool, swing and trampolines.
Each Belltent has its own kitchenette in an adjacent kitchen tent.

We are Ruud and Peggy and moved to this beautiful spot in the Creuse in May 2021. Because we both love to be more in touch with nature and like to spend a lot of our time outside. Ruud is a gardener and can enjoy himself here with a six-hectare site that has not been touched for years. We have planted fruit trees and are now creating various flower fields through which we have walking paths. Driving across the land on his tractor, Ruud is in his element. I (Peggy) love working in the vegetable garden and I like to make tea from herbs and flowers from nature. In our free time we like to be on the water where Ruud enjoys windsurfing and I practice yoga on the sup.
We are happy to give you a tour of our beautiful grounds and organize a campfire evening with love and pleasure.

Tips

  • Several beautiful nature areas including the protected nature reserve at Lussat.

  • Every weekend there is a vide grenier that is fun to visit alone because of the beautiful villages. There are also many weekly markets with regional products in the area

  • Aubusson is a cozy, atmospheric artists' town with nice terraces

  • at 8 km there is a cozy alternative restaurant 'l'alzire' where there is regular live music. There are several restaurants in Gueret (20 km), including a Moroccan restaurant and a wok restaurant.
