Meet Pamela, your host
Positives: communication with the host was good, nice garden space, easy bus ride into London. Appreciated use of kettle inside house.
Negatives: we had a bag of food dragged away and eaten by foxes. A pair of Keen sandles also completely bitten through, also the outer of the tent. We are currently trying to get sandles and tent repaired. Host has said she will pay for the tent repair. Feels reasonable to pay for the sandles too. I've camped all over the world, including in bear country, never had this happen. If the foxes are that active, host need to warn campers.
Our camp space is cat, fox, squirrel and wild bird and frog friendly. Not great for dogs unless they are trained caring dogs.
No late night jolly parties and noise
