About this location

Just 15 minutes from the beaches, this wooded estate is home to donkeys, alpacas, goats, and sheep. On a 2-hectare property, enjoy a unique experience at the heart of an alpaca farm. If you wish, you can join us in feeding them treats at the end of the day. Located between the Saintonge region and the Charente coast (between Saintes and Royan), you can enjoy numerous beaches. Nearby, you'll find the Saujon thermal baths, a canoe and kayak center, a water ski lift, and the "Seagull Train," where you can travel by steam train to La Tremblade, just like in the 19th century. Many wineries are also nearby, and you can discover oyster farming at the Cité de l'Huître (Oyster City) in Marennes. Please note, camping is not permitted on our property! If you book with us anyway and arrive with a tent, you will be refused entry (we get this every year).

You can only enter the animal enclosure with us. They are not dangerous animals, but they don't know you and could "defend" themselves by misinterpreting your gestures and causing injuries. We would, of course, be happy to show them to you. If you wish to feed the animals, please consult us, as some foods may be harmful to them. Pets are welcome (please pick up after them), but please be mindful of our animals, who can become dangerous if they feel threatened. Important note: you cannot pet the alpacas due to imprinting syndrome. Only one vehicle per pitch. Each pitch accommodates a maximum of 5 people. Arrival time: from 2 pm. Departure time: before 12 pm.
