Austria, Carinthia, 9170 Ferlach Laak. Secluded location and private area for you and your family/friends. You book the entire 5,000m² level meadow with trees, bushes, a tipi, a natural pond with a jetty, and a beautiful clear stream for swimming and a hand-operated water pump, without other campers. Nudism is permitted. 3-4 pitches are available. If you would like to arrive in a group, please contact us: *Asphalt parking lot always accessible (pitch near the linden trees) *Meadow pitches accessible depending on prior arrangement and weather conditions: 1. Meadow by the fire pit (access via asphalt parking lot, drive to a maximum of 15m to the fire pit, level) 2. Meadow by the stream (access before the bridge, lift out the fence panel, drive to a maximum of 10m, level) 3. Meadow by the tipi (access in front of the tipi, drive to a maximum of 15m, minimal slope) Access is level and asphalt except for the last 200m, which is a gravel road. A natural gem! *Use your own toilet (public: Hauptplatz 4, 9170 Ferlach) *Restaurant 5-minute drive: Campingplatz Roz, Gotschuchen 34, 9173 Gotschuchen *Emptying fresh water, wastewater, and sewage tanks: 10-minute drive: Messeplatz 5, 9170 Ferlach *Public shower 22 minutes: Gewerbestraße 11, 9181 Feistritz im Rosental. A large solid wood table, chairs, lounger, benches, stand-up paddleboard, and bicycle are available, as well as a swing, tractor, and zip line for children. During the colder months, for example, some amenities may not be available, such as a covered table or an unfurled tipi. We travel extensively ourselves, so there are no hidden costs. Rules: 1. Children and furry friends like dogs are welcome. 2. Drive out of the meadow pitches in reverse without turning and carefully. 3. Maximum 10 people. 4. Leave clean. 5. Personal responsibility. 6. Be respectful of the entire grounds. 7. Fire pit & campfire: a. Light fires only in the designated fire pit. b. Keep fires small and controlled (max. approx. 40 cm). c. Always supervise fires. d. Before lighting: Fill a bucket or watering can with water and have it ready. e. Burn only untreated wood. f. Firewood: 1 full bucket €9. g. Please bring your own kindling/paper, get it from the house, or collect it on site. h. Extinguish fires and embers completely. i. No fires in strong winds, dry conditions, or increased fire risk. j. A fire extinguisher is located next to the entrance door of the house (for emergencies). 8. Legal notice & liability: a. Lighting open fires is generally permitted, provided there are no official restrictions. In the event of an officially ordered fire ban (e.g., by the district authority) or an increased risk of fire, open fires are strictly prohibited. b. Guests are responsible for complying with all legal regulations. c. Use of the fire pit is at your own risk. Guests are liable for damages, particularly those caused by improper handling of fire (e.g., fire or property damage to the grounds, buildings, or third parties). Any fines or official consequences must be borne by the responsible party. d. I exclude all liability. Liability for damages due to personal injury, as well as in cases of gross negligence or intent, remains unaffected. 9. We reserve the right to remove guests from the premises in case of violations of these rules.
