About this location
Welcome to the Ardéchoise Mountains. We put at your disposal the ground floor of our house which is independent on the 1st floor where we live. Living room, kitchen, new bathroom / laundry room are accessible. Everything is included in the 20€ package.
The land is located between forest and stream with a view of the Suc de Montfol. Two electrical terminals on the ground as well as a drinking water tap have been installed for your comfort. Six pitches are available from April to November and are demarcated by stones. Hope to meet you !
We are located 5 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc, with a view of the Suc de Montfol and fields as far as the eye can see on which our cow friends surround us for our greatest pleasure. 20 minutes away is Lake Issarlès.
The pitches are shaded, on the edge of the forest at the edge of a stream. The area is agricultural and sparsely inhabited. Calm reigns.
Activities
There are many hikes to do, including the ascent of Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Suc de Montfol, Montivernoux, Mont Mezenc.
The Issarlès and Saint Martial lakes offer play areas, safe swimming, picnics and water activities.
The town of Estables located 20 minutes away offers an all-season toboggan park as well as tree climbing and paragliding.
The magnificent and famous Ray Pic waterfall is a 25-minute drive away.
The farms of Clastres and Bourlatier are worth visiting for their cultural richness and are 5 minutes away.
The village of Sainte Eulalie is dynamic and has all the necessary shops (bakery, restaurant, gas station, delicatessen, grocery store, tobacconist, gift shop, cellar, etc.)
Other remarks
Emptying of black and gray water is possible 5 minutes away in the village, at the entrance to the campsite. As the area is very protected, we are prohibited from offering this service to you on our land.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
1: Evacuation of dirty water: The discharge of grey and black water is strictly prohibited (protected area). A terminal is available at the campsite located in the center of the village 3km (5 mins) away. 2: Cleanliness: We ask you to respect nature and our land. Smokers are required to put out their cigarette butts with the utmost care and throw them in a bag intended for this exclusive use. A sorting bin is available in the kitchen as well as a compost bin. Everything is at your disposal without restriction but requires to be used with care and cleaned after use. 3: Noises: You are asked to respect the silence from around 10 p.m. for the peace and quiet of all. Please avoid any noise or discussions that could disturb your neighbors. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible. 4: Animals: Dogs and other animals must never be left free. They must not be left on the ground, even if locked up, in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them. Excrement must be picked up. Please note that as the land is not fenced, dogs from the area may roam freely.
