The campsite nestles in a small valley with a stream running through it, with pasture and woodland nearby. It's on a no-through-road, with paths leading to hills, woods and reservoir.
The highest point in the Quantocks, Will's Neck, is walking distance, with stunning views of the Bristol Channel, Exmoor, the Blackdown Hills, the Mendips, and South Wales.
Hawkridge Reservoir, a ten minute walk, offers fishing.
The prize-winning, community run village shop is a fifteen minute walk, with a wide range of food, drinks, newspapers and ice creams.

My wife Sonia and I are both retired special needs teachers. I'm also a musician, playing with local sessions and sometimes gigging with my band, Blue Dimpsey.
I speak Italian and French, with a little Spanish.
We both try to follow organic and permaculture practices as much as possible. Sonia has been using the space to explore environmental arts with small groups of friends for some years now. Now we want to make this place open to more people to enjoy the regenerative power of nature.
Exploring up the stream is beautiful; water sandals or old trainers recommended...
Sit and meditate by the stream.
