In the triangle formed by Limoges, Périgueux, and Brive-la-Gaillarde, we offer a plot of land 5 minutes from the town center of Thiviers, in the heart of the Périgord Vert region, on the Flow Vélo cycle route. This small town is known for its unmissable Saturday morning market. The land, which includes a pond, is easily accessible and suitable for tents, motorhomes, caravans, and campervans. Close to all amenities, numerous activities await you nearby (swimming at Lake Nantheuil, 5 minutes away; canoeing and kayaking; castles; and charming villages, 15 minutes away). It is 30 minutes from Périgueux, 50 minutes from Limoges, and 1 hour 20 minutes from Sarlat.
