About this location
We are Sophie and Régis, and we invite you to stay on our lovely 1-hectare property (part of which is sloping). We are surrounded by our four dogs who roam freely on our enclosed 1-hectare grounds (three Leonbergers weighing 50 to 70 kg and one English Setter), as well as five cats. You will enjoy a beautiful view of our small village of 200 inhabitants and the surrounding fields. We are located in Anthé, in the Lot-et-Garonne department, bordering the Tarn-et-Garonne and Lot departments, and not far from the Dordogne. There are opportunities for beautiful hikes, visiting fortified towns (Tournon d'Agenais, Penne d'Agenais, Monflanquin, etc.), exploring castles (Bonaguil, Gavaudun, Biron, etc.), and discovering numerous vineyards and local producers. Local amenities include: a 7-minute drive away (tobacco shop, bakery, grocery store, restaurants) and a 17-minute drive away (cinema, restaurants, and supermarket). We have planned two pitches for two people in the cypress grove area. You can pitch your tent or hang two hammocks in this area, which will be shared if the second pitch is booked at the same time. In case of rain, you can move your tent or hammocks to our barn. There is also a small bedroom in the barn called "The Hobbit Room," and two bunk beds in the barn (in the communal dining area). You have access to a communal dining area in the barn equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, basic kitchenware, a table with chairs, a sofa and coffee table, as well as recycling bins and a small camping sink. A barbecue is available for loan (without charcoal). You will also find electrical outlets for charging your mobile phones and a toilet. Board games and information about local attractions are available in the barn. The bathroom is located in the barn. Our covered, salt-filtered swimming pool (10.5m x 4.75m) is available for one hour per day. The jacuzzi is available for an additional fee. The gym is available for one hour per day (subject to availability) and includes a treadmill, elliptical trainer, recumbent bike, floor mat, stepper, and some free weights. Wi-Fi is available around the pool and in the barn. Pets are not allowed due to the presence of our four dogs and five cats. This stay is for adults only: children under 18 are not accepted, except in special circumstances; please contact me beforehand.
