Large one acre garden mainly laid to lawn just off The North Downs Way & Pilgrim's Way in Puttenham, Surrey - a lovely village less than 5 miles from Guildford City centre. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Conservation Area. I even have a public footpath with side door access alongside the garden. It is just a 2 minute walk to The Good Intent pub or 25 mins on footpaths to The Cyder House pub in the next village of Shackleford. Toilet / wash basin available from 8am to 10pm when I am at home. Fast internet available close to and around the house. I have two friendly Labrador dogs so no visiting pets please.
