In 2023, we, Sabine and Wouter, found our home in this special place. From the very first moment, we knew we wanted to share this unique experience with others. Our guests respond with wonder, relaxation, and enthusiasm, exactly as we felt when we moved here. Our fully off-grid location invites you to return to simplicity. Drink the clear water from our natural spring, enjoy a refreshing shower under the tree, and gather around our handmade chestnut table for a meal prepared under the open sky. On the estate, you will find various idyllic camping spots and a charming retro caravan from the 1970s. From your tent or caravan, you step directly into nature. Enjoy deafening silence, admire fireflies in the summer, listen to the soothing song of birds and crickets, or dream away while dreamcatchers gently sway in the wind. Adventure and relaxation await you in the immediate vicinity: swim at the spectacular rock formations of Garavotte, admire the impressive Fondo waterfall, or explore one of the many beautiful hiking trails in the valley. Here you will find exactly what you need: pure nature, peace, connection, and an unforgettable off-grid experience. We look forward to meeting you here and sharing our special place with you!

We are Sabine, Wouter, and Owin, and we warmly welcome you to our dream spot in the Italian Alps! Our special journey began during our wedding ceremony, right here on our own land. That special moment inspired us to share this beautiful off-grid location with others. We have been living on this lovely estate since 2023, where we have lovingly created a vegetable garden and orchard. Step by step, we are working on our dream home and creating a home for our young family. The birth of our son in December 2024 truly turned our place into a family domain. We love sharing the peace, tranquility, and inspiration we experience here every day with you. Our atmospheric vintage caravan (a Constructam Condor from the 1970s), which served as our home base during the search for this little paradise, is now ready to offer you a relaxing stay. There are also idyllic spots for wonderful camping with your own tent. Sabine always has creative inspiration in abundance. She can tell you everything about herbs, loves preparing delicious and healthy food, and creates beautiful handmade creations. In addition, she works with great passion as a hypnotherapist towards a more beautiful and lighter world. I, Wouter, have been on an adventure since 2015. After cycling and hiking thousands of kilometers and contributing to sustainable projects, I currently work online as a marketer. However, I prefer to spend my time further shaping our country and ensuring your wonderful stay. Our cozy family is completed by our cuddly cat Puria and our young, playful Podenco puppy Mango, who love guarding the grounds and welcoming everyone warmly. Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Rules

No music through speakers after 10:00 PM. Campfires are permitted, but only after consultation and at the designated location. Smoking: Allowed at your own campsite. Please clean up properly. Do not eat from the vegetable or fruit garden without consultation. Because we live off-grid, please use organic and biodegradable dishwashing and personal care products.
