About this location
Somewhere Over the Olive tree is an off grid Eco farm, powered by wind and solar, that provides a relaxing and stress free environment for the environmentally concerned traveller or those just wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. Surrounded by mountains and overlooking a vineyard we are about 1 hour from Valencia city, and 45 minutes from the airport.
Set in the mountains of Valencia, on the edge on a national park this area is perfect for walking, hiking, cycling or just taking an intimate and romantic break together. An array of different animals and birds make this an ideal place to re-connect with nature and each other. Ideally situated on the Med this is not a tourist trap area. Local beer 1.50, bottle of local wine in the bar around 3.00 euros.
THE SPACE
We can accommodate 2 adults and 1 small child (under 130 cm in height due to bed size) . We do not charge extra for small children, just book for 2 adults and send us a message that you have a small child and we can lend you a pack of child friendly items free of charge.
Between June and August we can allow a small tent to be placed along side Dolly for an extra two people in the same group - there is an additional charge for this please message us to say this is what you would like to do.
DOLLY THE VINTAGE CARAVAN
Dolly is a renovated caravan tastefully outfitted in the vintage style with modern amenities using where possible reclaimed and recycled materials. She has her own access and sits on a large private plot.
INSIDE
Dolly has a comfortable double sized sprung bed, flushing toilet, hot indoor shower and small indoor kitchen with small fridge and hob. (An extra large fridge is available as an optional extra)

OUTSIDE
A private fenced terraced area provides a comfortable seating area with views of the neighbouring vineyard. This is also home to an additional outdoor shower with mountain views (cold water only) and a large outdoor kitchen with BBQ area.
There is ample outdoor furniture, including a sofa in the terraced area, an additional sofa and swing chair in Dolly's private garden area and outdoor table with chairs where breakfasts or three course evening meals are provided as an optional extra if required.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
