Welcome to Old Ivy, where you can park up or camp and enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature. We live here on the land, growing vegetables and creating our own little sanctuary.
After enjoying stays through Campspace ourselves while travelling in France, we decided to open up a small space here for others to experience the simple charm of our place.
Nothing here is manicured or polished — it’s a down-to-earth, natural setting where you can relax and slow down. Guests have access to a compost toilet and a simple shower shed.
Cornwall has a huge amount to offer, and our location is lovely for exploring — you’ll be within easy reach of both the north and south coasts, as well as plenty of beautiful countryside.
We share the land with our chickens, pet sheep and our dog, so for now we ask that guests don’t bring dogs, to help keep things calm and harmonious for the animals.
Please note that we don’t have facilities for chemical toilet waste disposal.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
