500 meters on foot from the Roubaix Velodrome (Paris-Roubaix race), 13 km from the Pierre Mauroy Stadium (football, rugby, concerts, 2024 Olympic events), 14 km from Lille, 15 km from Belgium, 1 hour from Malo-les-Bains beach. Secure parking and enclosed garden near main roads and shops. Plot size: 1700 m². Pitch size: 30 m². 1 pitch on gravel, 1 pitch on tarmac, 1 pitch on grass (for tents only). PLEASE NOTE: No sanitary facilities on site. Very quiet location in town close to all amenities. Shopping center with restaurants and gas station 500 m from the house. We are a couple with 1 child and 3 cats.
