Detached, fenced 400m² plot of land in the heart of nature next to the village of Xaló in La Bosta Blanca, one of the most beautiful areas of the Valencian Community. In a natural setting by the river, just a stone's throw from the village with all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc., away from traffic and surrounded by nature and rustic buildings. The area offers a wide variety of activities, both mountain activities in the immediate vicinity and coastal activities given its proximity. The area is a popular tourist destination with many events taking place. The Saturday atmosphere is particularly noteworthy, with the artisan market and antiques fair. Visitors can explore local wineries offering a wide variety of locally produced wines and mistelas. Other features: A peaceful and pleasant space for camping and exploring the surrounding area; a completely fenced, detached plot of land.
