About this location

On our island, accessible only by a floating bridge or by canoe, we have set up a small campsite for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and other hikers. Unfortunately, it is not possible for caravans or motorhomes to reach the site. However, they are welcome to stay in our parking lot for one night at a reasonable price.

The island has a few tent pitches. Several old fruit trees provide shade in summer and two covered seating areas and a fireplace invite you to enjoy a cozy get-together. The barbecue lounge and various covered seating areas offer protection in unpleasant weather.
A small adventure playground allows parents to enjoy a relaxed coffee or put up and take down the tent.
A barbecue can be borrowed from us free of charge.
Family-friendly showers, toilets and a sauna are available in our sanitary building.
Delicious breakfast rolls can be ordered from us every evening.
Please order this or the bakery rolls from us the day before.
In addition, ice cream, cakes and coffee specialties, cold drinks, etc. as well as useful camping utensils are available in the small store.
The town center of Wesenberg with supermarket and other stores is 1.5 km away. We are happy to lend you a handcart free of charge for large purchases.

The beautiful Mecklenburg Lake District offers plenty of space to pursue these hobbies. My Border Collies are trained as therapy and rescue dogs with the German Red Cross.
