Our recreational property is located just outside of Waynesboro, MS and includes a camp house and two developed sites for campers/mobile homes of approximately 1 acre each. Our property is located at the end of a dead end road, just off of US Highway 84 and close to Maynor Creek Park. each park site includes a pad, power, pole, water and septic hook ups.
Our property is located at the end of a dead-end road, surrounded by forest, vegetation in a quiet and family friendly atmosphere. Deer and turkeys are frequently present on the property early mornings and evenings.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. No illegal activities. Limit of one RV and two additional vehicles per site. Long term rentals available with prior approval.
