About this location

Good morning,
We are Marion and Thierry.
Thierry, a lifelong farmer on the family farm and in Organic Agriculture since 2001.
Marion, partner and daughter-in-law, installed on the farm in 2009, state-qualified equestrian instructor with the disabled practice certificate, is particularly in charge of equestrian, educational, educational, creative activities....
Today we are winegrowers for our village's cooperative winery. We also cultivate vines for table grapes from August to October and olive trees with black Tanche olives for local oil and retail olives. Since 2021 we have been producing our own semi-wholemeal T80 flour from our soft wheat and we are completing the range with the small spelt, a specialty of our region, in grain and flour. We make all the hay for our 2 horses and 5 donkeys. The horses and donkeys are present for equestrian, educational, educational, and leisure activities, gently and at the animal's pace, offered and supervised by Marion. We are members of the "Racines PACA" network of rural environmental education farms.
After a hiatus from our equestrian and educational activities, we are looking to get back to work in a broader and more varied way, with complementary practices. We have long wanted to welcome guests to our land for overnight stays. With our simple welcome for campers and riders, we offer a few activities for those who feel the need:
*educational and educational workshops, and artistic creation workshops around living things with a sensitive approach to rural ecology.
*activities around our profession as Farmers.
*discovery of the animal world, learning activities, sensations and emotions with horses and donkeys.
2023 was our first real year of hosting the campsite. 2024 is here with quite a few changes and we are very excited about this new adventure that we are offering to all nature lovers, those curious about the agricultural world, passing campers and all those who just want to camp freely in a large space.
To begin the reception on this 2ha land, the facilities are simple and basic in a pretty little wild wood extended by a partially fenced meadow to share the reception area for campers/riders and horses...
All the furnishings are homemade using only recycled materials. This beautiful place will continue to be developed and revealed over time while retaining its natural character.
We are doing everything we can to ensure that our new foster parents... can bring you and us pleasant shared moments and happy, good memories.
So we look forward to meeting you at the crossroads.
Thierry and Marion
This small wood bordered by its meadow is quite easy to access because the small municipal road runs along the wood side below.
We have a first access point just after the vineyard on the left, suitable for medium-sized vehicles. In addition, for everyone, including campers, caravans, etc., we have created a wide access point on the left just after the small wood that leads directly to the meadow.
*2000 m2 are available in wooded space for small and medium tents in the woods,
plus the 18,000 m² fenced meadow to accommodate campers in caravans, vans or large tents and of course horses. For this year there are no shelters for horses.
New in 2025: hot shower, 2 sinks with hot water and 2 sinks with cold water.
*Traffic is relatively quiet here because this road ends in paths. It is therefore used by local residents and farmers. However, be aware that farmers can be early risers.
*The place is still wild and home to many birds.
*We are in the south so we are lucky to have a lot of light, the chance to be lulled by the song of the cicadas perched on the pines and oaks, and the chance to be able to marvel under a beautiful starry sky.
*The landscapes are very varied, passing through vineyards, olive trees and forest, on the slopes of our beautiful hills on the border of Drôme or going back down towards the river. Natural Provençal and rural atmosphere under its beautiful and famous sun.

A simple and friendly place for travelers.
*Attention to sensitive people: all animal and plant allergens are present.
*Our animal friends are of course welcome. We ask that any "little gifts" left on the grass or elsewhere be picked up and placed in the household trash out of respect for the campers and yourself, the other animals, the place, and also us... your hosts... This way we can continue to welcome your beloved pets.
*There are days when Marion will not be available to lead activities and entertainment. This will be made clear to you during our booking process.
*Remember to look at our "profile sheet" to get to know us better and discover what we grow as well as everything we offer.

We're very simple.

Back to basics!

We've installed dry toilets

You have a shower cubicle with 20L bags to fill and put in the sun for hot water, a washbasin and a sink for all household uses. We've also installed a large table and sideboard for added comfort.

*Please note:

-A tank of water placed in the sun to heat is in place for the shower and sink. This water is not running and is treated with tablets, making it undrinkable.

-Another separate tank is used for watering the horses in their dedicated park a little further on.

-Recycling garbage cans are also available.

-All the facilities are outside. They are grouped into different small islands by gender on a defined common space.

*It is possible to use an electrical outlet in the reception area, at the horses next to the house, 250m away.

*Everyone must bring their own camping equipment for cooking, bearing in mind that fire is strictly forbidden for reasons of fire safety and legal obligations. We are considering the installation of a small, highly secure barbecue for summer 2024.

Good morning
We are Marion and Thierry.
Thierry, a lifelong farmer on the family farm and in Organic Agriculture since 2001.
Marion, partner and daughter-in-law, installed on the farm in 2009 (state-qualified equestrian instructor with a certificate of practice for the disabled) takes care more particularly of campers, equestrian, educational, educational, creative activities....
Today we are winegrowers for our village cooperative.
We also grow table grapes, olive trees, and a few cherry trees. Since 2021, we've also been making our own whole-grain flour from our wheat and spelt as well.
We produce all our own hay for our two horses and five donkeys, who are present for educational and leisure equestrian activities. Two young donkeys arrived with us on April 2, 2024, and they are currently being trained.
We are members of the "Racines" PACA network of rural Environmental Education farms. After a break from our equestrian and educational activities, we are eager to get back to work in a broader form of reception and with complementary tools. We have long wanted to welcome overnight guests on our land. With this welcome of campers and also riders with their mounts, in all simplicity and great modesty, we will gradually offer à la carte several educational, creative and artistic activities as well as a visit to the world of horses from a different perspective. On this 2ha land, the facilities are sober and basic, in a pretty little wild wood extended by a partially fenced meadow to share the campers/animals space when they are there... For a night or a time, we are embarking on this beautiful adventure of sharing and discoveries.
