About this location

Good morning,
I will welcome you warmly, in the greatest simplicity in a unique setting, isolated but close to amenities, with a breathtaking view of the ponds and the sea.
You will stay in an old vineyard plot, a few minutes from Aresquiers beach, a listed, protected site.
A cycle path will allow you to access it safely without having to worry about parking.
Calm, tranquility and relaxation will be the themes of your stay.
You will also have the opportunity to consume the products (seasonal vegetables and organic eggs) from the micro farm on site as well as the honey from the neighboring beekeeper, a shellfish producer is located a few minutes away, all accessible by bike.
The site is located a few kilometers (I would say 3 maximum without having measured) from Aresquiers beach, accessible by bike (10 min).
An equestrian center 5 minutes away, several hikes 10 km away in the surrounding area.
The towns of Sète and Montpellier are around twenty kilometers away (museums, cinema, etc.).
In summary, I propose to welcome you to a wild and preserved site where you can, if you wish, forget for a few days the often hectic pace of our modern lives; leave your vehicle on site without fear and travel by bike, the village has all the necessary amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, butcher, bar, etc.).

I offer you two 60m² pitches and two 40m² pitches, accessible to camper vans and motorhomes. Access is easy and independent. As mentioned in the listing, this is a vineyard where vegetation grows spontaneously but without proper shade—an awning will enhance your comfort.

The site has no sanitary facilities, which is why I prioritise welcoming motorhomes and vans that have their own fresh and waste water tanks and the necessary equipment for comfort.

I have an internet line via wifi (being in the countryside, the network is limited, allowing you to truly enjoy your holiday while staying connected). The ground is bare, without water or electricity for this first year. Like the sanitary facilities, you'll need to bring your own equipment for meals. A local shellfish producer is located approximately 800m away and offers evening meals and weekend concert evenings.

Rules

I prefer to welcome families from June to August inclusive, the pitches are designed to accommodate 5 people each, and I'm quite flexible about arrival and departure times. All I ask is that you respect the site and each other (no garbage left on site, respect for neighbors). I live on site, I am available for any information, help ... I love animals, they are welcome, I have some myself (donkey, horse, chickens, dogs and cat); only condition: do not leave traces of their passage :) I'll be happy to welcome you if you feel like retiring from the world for a few days.
