About this location
Immersion in the heart of a community garden - art & nature stay.
Our land (social connection, activities and nature outings) in the upper Aude Valley comprises several spaces: a forest Land'art area and mini eco-play park in development, a vegetable garden with about ten family plots and a large collective gardening area. By the stream there is a leisure area equipped with an outdoor kitchen and garden lounge where workshops and preparation evenings for the LUMINA BOTANICA festival take place once a week in summer. This is the space where we invite you to pitch your tent for one or more nights.
A refund is possible if you leave a natural artistic work (land'art that can withstand time until at least 14 September 2024, the festival date).
Activities
The upper Aude Valley is generally visited for hiking, Cathar history, dinosaurs, Bugarach, energy sites, Mary Magdalene, water sports, the famous Espéraza folk market and of course its landscapes... we have plenty of local gems to recommend.

You will find vegetable gardens, a play area in the forest and a welcoming multi-activity rental space. We welcome you in the spirit of 'Teranga' (Senegalese hospitality) for one or more nights.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
The various areas are not fenced off, so we ask you to respect the work of the gardeners in a climate of trust, and not to use or trample on their plots. On the other hand, you can help yourself to the collective plot by bartering with helpers or making a donation to the association. To be seen on site. Likewise, respect for artistic works and other installations. Fire authorized only in the presence of a member of the association.
