We provide you with the land of our charming Basque house with panoramic views of the hills and direct access to the river.
Total immersion in the deep, green and hilly Basque Country. The property located in Uhart mixe, a picturesque village, near Saint Jean Pied de Port and Saint Palais.
You will meet farmers with a strong local accent raising sheep in vast meadows and "pie noire" pigs under century-old oaks. You will get lost on paths along trout streams in the shade of gnarled trees that are ageless and timeless.
A change of scenery and disconnection guaranteed.
Offering an ideal setting, you will have access to a large car park with gate, on which you can park your vehicle (car, camper van, van) and a large plot of land on which you can pitch your tent.
You will also have access to a covered terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, offering breathtaking views of the green hills of the Basque Country.
A water point is accessible on the terrace. Please note that there are, however, no toilets.
A year-round tenant is on the other side of the house, discreet and respectful of your peace and quiet, the terrace and the river are not overlooked.
At the crossroads of everything: 30 minutes from Spain, 1 hour from the ocean (Bayonne, Biarritz), ski resorts and mountain activities (Saint Jacques de Compostelle, rafting, hiking).

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

- Do not leave any waste - Leave with your trash (Sorting bins and household waste at the entrance to the village, 5 minutes away) - Open the gate with the combination lock and close it when leaving - Turn on the water at the meter in front of the house and turn off the water before leaving - Respect the peace and quiet of the year-round resident in the accommodation next door - Respect the equipment, the places, the nature and report any breakage or damage to us - Do not relieve yourself near the house and do not leave toilet paper or sanitary napkins - Please note that there is no network on site if you are not connected to WiFi.
