Clean level area that’s a perfect spot for a couple of tents. Star gazing is great and on clear nights the Milky Way is amazing. True night sky. Small farm with rescue horses, dogs, cats and chickens. Outdoor shower. Outdoor compost toilet. Garbage can. Fire pit with grill. Plenty of deadfall (when dry) or bring your own wood. Tuck yourself away with a sweet Mountain View or get out and play locally with rivers to kayak, boat, swim and tube. Waterfall hikes minutes away. Ocoee River is amazing and local restaurants are top notch. Live music with open mic nights and great family fun with indoor shops. Everything minutes away.
Round fenced area level and grassy. Beautiful views of the mountains and overlooking pasture land. Peaceful.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Children welcome but must be attended. Stay on the outside of the pasture of horses for your safety. Sorry, no pets due to farm life here. No fires during dry windy days. Charcoal can be used on such days. Must bag all garbage and compost for removal after you’ve gone. I do this for you so be kind enough to meet me in the middle. No loud music or parties. Small groups and family oriented. No visitors.
