About this location

We are in the mountains; in winter, we can only accommodate campervans, not tents. From May to October, we can accommodate tents without any problems. The site is suitable for lovers of wide open spaces but is not isolated. Ideally located for visiting the Verdon Gorge (between the right and left banks). Exceptional location overlooking the Verdon Gorge. Swimming in the Verdon River and its lakes. A unique tourist site in Europe (the largest canyon in Europe). Absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by nature in the middle of a large meadow dotted with pines and oaks. The property is set back from traffic, accessed by a local road ending in a cul-de-sac. Activities include canyoning, climbing, and visits to villages (Moustiers Sainte Marie, Rougon, Trigance, Castellane, Sentier Martel, Bargeme, the Valensole Plateau with its endless lavender fields...).

Drinking water is available (no hot water). Water point near the dry toilets. The shower is solar-powered, so the water temperature depends on the time of day and the amount of sunshine; a swimsuit is strongly recommended. Electricity is available outside the house, and mobile phone charging is free. A fee of five euros per day is charged for a permanent caravan electrical connection. Two-person tents are available for rent at an additional cost. A washing machine is available for an additional fee. Two two-person tents are available for rent at a fee of three euros per tent.
