The finca offers fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and is within walking distance of the nearest village with all main services. Many tourist attractions nearby, eg the caves at Benifallet, castle at Miravet, boat tours on the Ebro river, Moorish architecture in Tortosa and a huge number of walking and cycling trails nearby.

My name is Alison and I have a 1 hectare finca close to Tortosa. I came here looking for a life that leaves the stresses of modern society behind and where each day is filled with choices as to what I want to do with my day. We are currently planting and improving the soil to create a healthy environment for growing fruit and veggies and of course for all the wildlife to have a safe haven where there are no nasty chemicals. I live here with my Spanish friend and a young English couple who live in the small casita that is on the property. They help me with tending the land and occasionally we run half day courses to educate others in how to do dry farming and make the most of the natural materials available.
The finca is in a beautiful location with 360 degree views of mountains, it is also completely off grid and as such we have limited electric and water. I'm happy for guests to use what we have to charge phones, laptops etc and we can provide 8 ltr bottles of drinking water. We have a separate compost toilet but no washing facilities although for nice guests I'm always willing to share my home for those desperate for a shower.
It's always nice to meet new people and hear their stories and I thought this would be a nice way to do this in a low key way.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Provided your pets are well behaved and fyi I have 3 dogs, all friendly.
