About this campspace
Country living is the place to be. I've got a great place to camp privately. And, if you don't have a camper, I have a guest house available to rent. Facility provides electric and water hook-up, extensive walking trails and wildlife viewing, private pond for swimming and fishing. I also provide all the firewood you need for those necessary campfires. RVing here is like being at one of the nicest KOAs you've been at, and having it ALL TO YOURSELF! :)
Very private parking and camping adjacent to primary rural residence, on 13 acres of wooded ground. 1 acre pond provides swimming and fishing opportunities. Maintained walking trails provide exercise and ample wildlife viewing opportunities. Pets are welcome.

Facility contains 13 wooded acres and a 1 acre pond. Walking trails are maintained for exercise and wildlife viewing. If a guest were interested, the owner can arrange for guided strategic photography of wildlife from elevated stands/blinds. What is camping without a campfire? Firewood provided and included in rental fee.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.
