The property is located not far from the town center of Templin. Shopping facilities, a playground, and a skate park are within easy walking distance. The property is enclosed by a small wooden fence on the street side. Several fruit trees and various shrubs and flowers are located on the grounds. There is no electricity or water connection. No sewage system. Water/sewage/tank cleaning/toilet facilities are available nearby for a small fee at the thermal baths or gas station. In the immediate vicinity are the Eldorado Western town, the natural thermal baths, a go-kart track, the historic old town, and much more... surrounded by lakes and forests. The property is surrounded by brambles, fruit trees, and shrubs. It is about a 20-minute walk to the town center or the natural thermal baths. A playground, skate park, promenade, bike paths, etc., can be reached in just a few minutes. Ample parking is available on site. Activities include fishing, boating, mini-golf, go-karting, hiking, cycling, the Western town, and the thermal baths. The property is enclosed by a small wooden fence.
