Greetings from 3000 feet just above warren Wilson College (where there is bus service) 20 minutes from downtown Asheville 15 minutes from Black Mountain.
The bottom of the property has three acres of pasture, three stocked ponds, a sweet mountain 24/7 stream and three nice camping spots with easy access to the street.
The ponds are stocked with Catch and Release fishing and there is easy proximity of amazing hiking and other fishing at the bottom of the hill.
Bathrooms are natural (no running water) and easy access.

Shope Creek = amazing hikes in the Pisgah National Forest just around the corner off of Lower Grassy Branch Rd.Swannanoa River and OWEN park walk at Warren Wilson College = 3 mins or ride your bikesMontreate College = 15 mins great stream and poolOld Fort = 30 mins great stream and fishingBlack Mtn. = 10 mins > Pool and lots of curio shops etc.Chimney Rock - Lake Lure areas = 50 mins (great for kids, be sure to swim in the river on the way there, 2 miles this side of Chimney Rock - awesome for kids).
Also, the bolder-ing forest is awesome if your like to rock climb - Biltmore or Asheville = 15 mins - Sliding Rock = 40 mins (highly recommended)- Graveyard Fields on Blue ridge = 45 mins (highly recommended) - French Broad River Rafting - 20 for the calm water SUP and 45 mins to white water - Hot Springs - 60 mins - Blue Ridge Parkway 15 mins

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Leave no trace. NO drums (unless you're renting all the acres). No amplified instruments. 10 p.m. on thru 8 is quiet time. Do not make unwanted advances to other campers. Illegal drugs are not allowed....
