About this location

Imagine... A winding road through lakes and green valleys where cattle, horses and sheep graze peacefully. A tiny village (49 inhabitants!) at the foot of a mountain range perfect for scenic hikes. A tastefully renovated house with a large garden overlooking the surrounding countryside where you are immediately welcomed by Balkan the pony, Eglantine the miniature donkey, and our mischievous goats Escampette and Azalée. In the morning, enjoy breakfast in the company of our tame birds who will happily play the crumb-catchers! In the afternoon, hike Mont Gargan nearby or discover charming surrounding villages like the historic town of Treignac with its nature leisure centre. Or perhaps a family walk on the paths around the property with Balkan and Eglantine? And to end the day beautifully, enjoy a dinner show by the fireplace for the whole family!

The house is situated in the heart of a small village but the land has an open view over the lovely surrounding hills and offers all the calm and rejuvenation needed. You are directly among the animals (if you wish, as they also have their own private enclosure nearby).

- Dinner show musical tale "Elora and the Magic Harp" by the fireplace (€20 per adult, €10 per child under 13, dinner included)

For your comfort, available to borrow:
- Foam mattress 90×190 cm, 13 cm thick: €5 per person
- Bed linen (duvet, pillow, fitted sheet): €2 per person

Campfires are not permitted, but there is a brazier on site for grilling and roasting marshmallows.

The land was originally meant to be a teepee but we are in a protected natural area and the authorizations are still pending... In the meantime, I decided to open my land to campers. The land is sloping but has been completely and recently flattened on 100 m2 to accommodate the tipi and/or your tents. For the moment, the grass has not yet grown on this space. You can also set up anywhere on the site, under one of the trees for example, but the site has a slight slope. You have a private access where you can bring your cars, caravans, camping cars...
The sanitary facilities
The sanitary facilities are located inside the house via a direct and independent access. They include a bathtub, a small sink and a classic toilet. There is hot water all day.
The amenities
There is an internet box inside the house.
The kitchen is shared with the owner but not at the same time. At your disposal: fridge, electric stove, oven, sink, coffee maker, cupboards, dishes, kitchen utensils. Salt, pepper and sugar are available for self-service and there is the possibility of "mini grocery shopping", please contact me.
The plugs are inside the house, possibility of extension cord if needed (specify it to me in this case before your stay).
