About this location

It is possible to use our pitch as a starting point for trips to the Baltic Sea (Rügen, Fischland Darß, Usedom, Sund) and/or the surrounding area (Stralsund, Greifswald, etc.). Water, electricity can be provided. WC, shower, washroom is unfortunately not available. It is a quiet settlement with a lot of nature. Our house is a semi-detached house under construction/expansion, because just freshly bought. Barbecue is of course allowed in "normal" size. As a self-employed person, I am always available in the house.
Much nature, proximity to the sound, Bodden, to the Baltic Sea. Rügen, Darß, Usedom max. 1h driving time(car) away. Meadow will be still mowed at registration.
The activities
If you are a friend of the north, you can easily reach all places worth seeing/experiencing from here. Stralsund, Greifswald, Rügen, Fischland Darß, Usedom, Rostock and the Mecklenburg Lake District are max. 1.25h(car) away.
Other things
Freeway connection to the A20, federal roads 105/96 Stralsund/Greifswald(Rügen feeder), Rügen ferry Stahlbrode/Glewitz are in the immediate vicinity, train stations of the regional train Rostock, Stralsund, Greifswald is about 10min(bike) away. Many places are accessible via the extensive network of bike paths.

Rules

Children's playground - unfortunately not available as such - nature is still the best playground. Dogs may unfortunately only be brought on the leash / running leash on the premises. To normal usual volume rules should be kept. In case of violation of "normal" customs, degenerating drinking bouts, etc., we reserve the right to issue an immediate expulsion. Everything that is brought should be taken away. Waste disposal in the normal extent is surely possible. Arrival times please in the generally usual business hours, in between times give notice or in case of delay, this announce. Otherwise, ... of course have fun.

Hi, we recently moved back to northern Germany, and at a late hour we decided to move from Bavaria to my old home in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. We live in a small settlement in a semi-detached house with a nice garden, and in all directions (Darss, Rügen, Usedom) to the Baltic Sea is between 45 and 60 minutes by car. Many cycle paths, proximity to the Sund where you can cool off, make life here beautiful. Shopping is available 3 minutes away in Brandshagen and in Stralsund (15 min) and Greifswald (25 min). Water and electricity can be provided, grilling is allowed in the "normal" extent.

My wife is an occupational therapist and I am a frontend developer who is self-employed, so I am usually on site. We love pretty much every kind of animal, but dogs are only allowed on a leash because we have to keep an eye on our own cats and our neighbours' animals.

Otherwise, we enjoy meeting new people and look forward to new experiences and people. Since this is also our first attempt to let "strangers" get very close to us quite quickly, it takes a bit of adjustment time for us too.
