About this location

We're counting on you not to damage the premises.
Just 500m from the sea and close to all amenities, it's possible to move around on foot without any worries.
Between roses and fruit trees, in a peaceful setting.
The activities
Take the bus or train to the beach, restaurants, nightclubs, markets, night markets in summer, entertainment in nearby towns, island hopping, hiking and shopping.
Other things
We're counting on you not to damage the premises.
As well as to recycle your waste (dustbins at disposal) as well as 7 hens which will be delighted to eat all except bones of meats, citrus fruits thank you )
In summer, we may be able to accommodate 2 families at the same time. The bathroom/kitchen/WC will be accessible to all. Don't hesitate to let us know if this bothers you.

Travelers will be able to set up in the garden not far from the gate, which is easily accessible. The terrain is not particularly very flat, but it's not on a slope either.
We have a 2-seater caravan, with the possibility of a 3-seater for a child.
A supplement of 10€/person/day will be asked for the rental of the caravan at each visit. Duvets, linen etc. are cleaned.
Arrival from 5pm departure 11am maximum.
If you arrive by train at ollioules/sanary, I can come and pick you up depending on the time and day to be agreed in advance.

Please pay attention to water consumption, which is very expensive in summer.

Campers can use the oven, microwave, 1 small fridge to share with us (we only stock drinks), Tassimo and Senseo coffee maker (pods at your expense), kettle and electric hotplate.
A barbecue is at your disposal. ( charcoal at your charge)
On request, we can provide dishes or other items.
You also have at your disposal soap, toilet paper (return a roll on your departure), toilet and cleaning products, kitchen towels, washing-up liquid, which you must return as you found them on your arrival for the next ones.
A clothesline is at your disposal (please do not dry your clothes on the soccer pitch or on the trees or on our clothesline).

Renovated caravan with 1 double bed, a small corner with table (convertible into extra bed for child) kettle, TV, tnt decoder, fan/heater, rechargeable lamp, light, electrical sockets.

Travelers will be able to set up in the garden not far from the gate, which is easy to access. The terrain is not particularly very flat, but not on a slope either.

Comforters, bed linen and pillows are cleaned after each visit. I don't charge extra for linen, just for making the bed yourself and removing the sheets once your stay is over.

In summer, please bring mosquito repellent (cabin spray, skin spray, etc.).

We're close to the sea, so mosquitoes are always present.

We are a couple with a 13-year-old child, as well as two adults aged 19 and 21. We also have 10 chickens who love to enjoy the garden, a very curious dog named Mia, and 2 cats who are often spying on the house from the windows.

Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Rules

Easy access, but there is no private parking. Smoking is permitted, provided cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Children are welcome. We do not accept pets as our dog is not friendly with other dogs. Thank you for respecting your assigned space so that everyone has enough room. It is forbidden to pick any fruit, vegetables, chicken eggs, or flowers in the garden. You have a designated relaxation area with small chairs, a table, and a parasol; please do not use our relaxation area.
