About this location

Very quiet location in nature. Choose your own spot in our green garden. In the garden shed, you will find 1 composting toilet, electricity, a rack with various necessities (plates, cutlery, cups, candles, kitchen towels, etc.), extra toilet paper, waste bins, etc. Can't find what you need? Be sure to ask us! There is a hose reel with drinking water in the garden. If you would like mood lighting in the evening, simply plug it in. Our above-ground swimming pool can certainly be used, subject to the proper arrangements on-site. The pool is set up from the month of May (weather permitting) until the month of September. It is only heated in full sun and when the nights are no longer too cold. After booking, we would be happy to provide you with more detailed information. Therefore, please give us your mobile number or email address so we can send you a document. This can also be useful in case we happen not to be home when you arrive. This way, you are fully informed about everything. Walking distance from: - Stropersbos - The Musketeers Brewery (+ Brasserie) - De Reep Golf and Sports Grounds - Berckelaer Fruit Farm: vending machines with apples, pears, apple juice, and honey from the farmer. - De Route Cultural Centre: a vibrant community centre offering a wide range of culture and leisure activities. The brasserie is also highly recommended. Cycling distance from: - Hulst (NL) - Rooman Mill in Sint-Pauwels - Clingse Forests - Klingspoor: an experience centre focusing on heritage themes such as the history of the railway, clog making, border stories, the nature of Stropersbos, and the Waterwinbossen - De Boey Ice Cream Farm: a cozy hat shop and ice cream parlor where you can taste artisanal ice cream made from fresh milk from Jersey cows. With a summer terrace and playground. - The Summer House (fountains to play in while parents enjoy a meal on the terrace) - Kruibeke Polders: ideal for bird lovers and peace seekers - Niemandsland Observation Tower on the Belgian-Dutch border: 22 meters high, a symbol of the connection between the Waasland and Zeelandic Flanders. Various cycling route junctions nearby.
