Come and settle down on our private land bordering the forest, overlooking the entire village of Servance and the valley. A 100% natural, trapper-style spot, ideal for lovers of wild adventure and peace and quiet. Here, there's no fuss, no old-fashioned camping: you're alone in the world on your pitch, facing the sunset over the mountains. 🛑 IMPORTANT: ACCESS AND SAFETY Vehicles: ACCESS STRICTLY RESERVED FOR TRUE 4x4s OR SMALL OFF-ROAD TRUCKS. The private access road is rough, technical, and steep. If you don't have four-wheel drive or good ground clearance, you won't make it! On foot/Backpacking: Hikers and bikepackers (with a standard tent) are welcome. The ascent on foot is perfectly manageable. Booking REQUIRED before arrival: Only one vehicle (or group) at a time on the site to guarantee complete peace and quiet. Contact me by phone before arriving so I can confirm access and we can arrange a meeting time. 🛠️ SERVICES & AMENITIES Self-sufficiency required: Raw and unspoiled terrain, without electricity or toilets on site. You must be self-sufficient regarding your waste (take it with you). Drinking water: No running water on the property, but it is possible to go down to my house to fill water containers if needed. Proximity: You are disconnected but not lost! The village center and the Carrefour Market are only 15 minutes away.
