Private gravel campsite in private backyard. In the corner of the property. Normal yard with bushes and trees and plants. Grass. Have patio area with table and chairs,grill. Have storage for bikes,canoe,kayak. 10 min from lake Keowee. 10 min into Clemson an hour from Greenville SC
Long private gravel rv site located in private backyard. Minimal traffic, flood light off back of garage. View into pastures and backyard. Normal bushes,plants and trees. House on top of a hill. Complete backyard privacy
The activities
Have a fire but make your own. Patio table and chairs,grill,any fun activity you choose. Lake Keowee is 10min away. Hiking trails in Clemson 10 min away. Shopping,bars,restaurants.

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Come and go as you like no curfew. If you smoke use an ashtray. Children must be with adult at all times. Pets are allowed Can handel up to 6 guests. If needed have spare bathroom for toilet or shower. Just one person on property with you and that's me. I'm inside most the time may sit on patio occasionally. Music is allowed. House hours for toilet or shower are 2pm to 10pm .laundry at 12:30pm to 10pm but bring your laundry detergent. Possible grass cutting day about an hour around 1 or 2 o'clock it's a company. Just an FYI in case you leave anything in the grass. Have patio shade with umbrella
