About this location
We have a fully fenced property of approximately 45,000 m2, with a private pine forest (treated against the processionary caterpillar), noise-free, 5 minutes from the city of Avila and 2 minutes from the Las Cogotas Reservoir and its historic Celtic fort. There are several hiking trails, good local bars and restaurants nearby, where you can eat like you were at Grandma's house. If you have a motorhome, you can choose where to park it and enjoy the property to the fullest in a safe environment, especially if you have pets like us. We don't rule out tents, but we are in Avila, and the cold is intense, even though the pine forest has its own microclimate. Here you can wake up to the sound of birds, eagles, and rabbits scurrying around the property.
The property is approximately 40,000 m2 and is fenced, near the city of Avila. It offers 100% telephone coverage if you need to work remotely. It also has a private pine forest where you can collect mushrooms and enjoy the tranquility of being just minutes from the Las Cogotas Reservoir and local trails and paths. Barbecues are permitted in the secure areas, where you can make your own "Avila steak" to your liking. If not, I'll make it for you.

We're close to the motocross track, so if you're into enduro, you can explore the area.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
The first thing is to maintain the place: No litter on the ground, take care of the trees, etc. All the rest is just having common sense and enjoying the peace.
