About this campspace

Hello fellow campers!
The access road is very difficult, and is built on ancient terraces that have been weakened by the passage of time. It can only be used by relatively light, unobtrusive vehicles at very moderate speeds.

Once you've passed these few hundred meters, you're in the heart of the Coteaux d'Eos, an eco-place that recently became a Nature Oasis and LPO Refuge, and you're very welcome!

But be warned, you're also in the heart of the Haut-Var massifs, where any kind of fire is strictly forbidden (which means, among other things, no smoking, barbecuing or any other kind of object that produces flames or sparks).

The site is located on a hillside, entirely terraced, in a forest setting.
It's a very old olive grove, long abandoned, which I'm gradually restoring. The long-term aim, apart from growing olive and fig trees, is to find different forms of art and well-being in a place where nature is preserved.
For the time being, of course, the site is still under construction, and much remains to be done...
Apart from that, you'll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of this place at night, free from light pollution and under a superb starry sky. :)

The activities
If you wish, you can enjoy the benefits of sports massage, Swedish massage, Thai massage or Japanese facial massage (prices on site).
In the surrounding area, within a 30 km radius, you can enjoy all the activities mentioned in the dedicated section, not to mention the many arts and crafts available in the region.

- 5 km (7 min) from Salernes, with its natural swimming pool and ceramics museum
- 12 km (15 min) from Entrecasteaux, and its castle

Your host, Lorens (=Laurent)

Hello everyone ! A former city dweller (although I'm originally from the countryside), I was for over 20 years cooped up and sitting behind a computer as a graphic designer. Even though I have happily practiced this activity all these years, the need for fresh air and more human contact made me decide to make a radical reconversion. This project was born in 2014, when a friend found for me this little corner of paradise where I live today.

So, after a few years of training in nature professions (oleiculture, agroforestry, permaculture, etc.) and well-being (energy and muscular massages, yoga), I work today as a well-being and sports masseur. , while spending a lot of time restoring the olive grove within which is the bastidon in which I live.

When I'm not working (as a masseur or farmer ;)), I like to enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, archery, co-sports when possible...), I love art in all its forms. its forms (space, sound, visual and live performance), learning about world cultures and their diversity, I am interested in environmental, ecological issues, nature preservation and I obviously like sharing good times with my friends (e)s as soon as I can.

But work and my somewhat wild living environment (lost in the middle of the forest) do not allow me, it is true, to meet new people as much as I would like. This is why I am really looking forward to being able to welcome all HomeCamper travelers who wish to do so. Meeting new people, getting to know them, sharing together is surely one of the greatest gifts that life offers us.
