About this campspace

Good morning
Come and have a pleasant time..(the comments from last season speak for themselves....) surrounded by nature, a stone's throw from everything in our region.....
We are a small family who go camping with locals from time to time, so we decided to take the plunge and in turn offer a little corner of our garden to anyone who wants to visit our region, South Landes.
We have cat, dog and chicken animals, who all know how to live together..also we accept dogs but not categorized...
We are 10 minutes from Bayonne, 15 minutes from the first beaches, a good half hour from Spain, the mountains... in short, we are there...

Right in the middle of the fields, it's not really the neighbors who are bothering you..
Suddenly calm, green, relaxing, shaded in the morning by a neighboring forest and sunny the rest of the day

Activities
There are many things to do or see throughout the region within a radius of 25 to 30 km...ocean, bike rides, mountains, visiting caves, seaside towns like Biarritz St Jean de Luz or Hendaye...Capbreton, hossegor not far either..in short, lots of things to do and/or see

We offer pitches for a maximum of 15 people in total for a length of stay to be defined depending on the dates and our availability.
Electrical connection nearby for an additional 5 euros per stay and reservation to be seen on site.. as visible in the photos flat land.
For those who do not want to be burdened during their journey, we can rent for a daily supplement of 5 euros a large 4-person tent with inflatable mattresses, in this case only provide bedding.

Sanitary facilities
In the small cabin, dry toilets are available, in the shelter a fridge to share with other campers if there is during your stay, a water point for washing dishes, and an outdoor and covered electric hot shower. .the explanations of operation and courtesy will be explained once on site

The equipment
Table, chairs, parasol, benches are available for meals, to be arranged and shared with other campers if there are... courtesy rules required... an electric plancha can be rented in 24 hour increments to take advantage of good grilling in complete safety, 24h->3euros
Lighting is installed in different places for complete safety and to take full advantage of this little corner of the garden.
Bring an electric reel if you wish to be connected for troubleshooting purposes, a small extension cord may be available, the external sockets are in a waterproof box

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded.

We ask you to be vigilant when you leave to ensure that the gate closes properly...
Otherwise, for your arrival day, we prefer an arrival between 5:30 pm and 8 pm on weekdays, to be sure that one of us will be there, to be defined during the exchange before booking if different schedule... the rest of the time you can come and go as you please.
Cigarettes accepted as long as you don't find cigarette butts everywhere and set fire to the surrounding vegetation...a question of common sense and respect....
As for the rest, the rules of community life, hygiene and basic respect apply, as all good people know how to do....
