About this location
1st plot of land of a little more than 2000 m2 planted with Douglas, oaks, walnut, elder, ... Forest atmosphere near a typical vineyard of the Côte Roannaise where you will perhaps cross deers, hares, jays of oaks and according to the season you will be able to enjoy blackberries, peaches or walnuts present on the high part of the ground.
This land is however close to a road.
The second plot of land, in a quiet area, of more than one hectare with a view of the village of Saint Maurice and its keep, which is accessible to the public free of charge all year round and offers a superb view of the meanders of the Loire. This land is very wild, you don't have to fear brambles and nettles.
The plot is sheltered from the wind, quiet and the deer are used to come and rest there.
Pheasants and hares can occasionally be found here.
Some pigeons also come to rest there.
The parcel is composed of a natural meadow with blackthorn groves, some big trees including a big poplar, many walnut trees and some nice oaks.
A stream that dries up during the summer crosses the land and flows into the Loire River nearby.
A fitness trail is located a few hundred meters away.
The medieval village of Saint Maurice sur Loire, located on the road to Santiago de Compostela, is a must-see.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
