About this location

We are an educational farm near Saint-Claude, located in the mid-mountains. Activities: We can give you a tour of the farm (allow 2 hours, €10 per person). Or you can go hiking with the herd of goats, the dogs, and a llama (allow 3 hours, please book in advance, €15 per person). Other notes: The dog may bark and the roosters crow! Welcome to the Blue Egg Farm!

Tips

  • There's a lovely hike near the farm to see the Cascade de la Queue de Cheval waterfall. Or you can climb to Crêt Pourri to see the farm from the summit, a very pretty viewpoint.

  • The sunsets are magnificent, especially in winter.

  • We sell goat cheese, eggs, poultry terrine and goat milk soaps on site.
