About this location
I welcome you with pleasure in my garden, to make you share my small corner of paradise. Surrounded by horses and sheep, you will be here in the calm.
Living at the end of a cul-de-sac at the exit of the village of Saint Christophe, there is little traffic. From the part of the garden in which you will stay, you will only see the horses or the sheep if they are present, as well as my chickens.
Sometimes a retired couple who come to their second home.
My chickens will stay in their pen while you stay with us.
The activities
Near our village, you will have the possibility of making hikes, starting from our village or the neighbouring villages as well as several Terra Aventura (Confolens, Saint Junien, Brigueuil, Saulgond).
On the side of the Monts de Blond, beautiful walks in the forest await you, and you will also have the leisure to discover beautiful communes such as Mortemart for example.
On the historical side, we are only 20 minutes away from the famous village of Oradour sur Glane, a martyred village with its memorial.
All around us, fishing and swimming spots are present.
In August, there is also the great festival of Confolens on the theme of traditional music and dance, but which opens today to more modern music.

Hello, my name is Karine, and I would be delighted to show you my little corner of paradise. We live in the Charente-Limousine region, between the town of Confolens, the sub-prefecture of Charente (16), and Saint-Junien in Haute-Vienne (87). Saint-Christophe is a small village of 300 inhabitants, in a rural setting surrounded by numerous walks and sites to discover. We live on the edge of the village, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our garden is bordered by our farmer neighbor's meadows where sheep graze, as well as two other meadows where horses come to graze. Our neighbors on the driveway are only there for a few weeks during the warmer months, sometimes with their children and grandchildren. Nevertheless, the neighborhood is very quiet. Only my children bring the garden to life with their laughter, and occasionally a few musical notes, as we are both musicians. We will be pleased to introduce you to traditional music from here and elsewhere, played on the diatonic accordion and recorder.

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Thank you for respecting the environment, do not leave any garbage on the ground when you leave, the garbage bags are in the room dedicated to you. Concerning smokers, please do not throw your cigarette remains on the ground, the black garbage can is not far. Sincerely.
