About this location

Welcome to our family home, built with tuffeau stone, typical of the region and dating from the 17th century, where I live with my little cat, Petrus. I like my stays to be friendly... simple, like staying at a friend's house.
I am ideally located in a small town 10 minutes from Tours (5 kilometers from Tours city center). There are many castles to visit such as Villandry, Amboise....City of culture, history, good wines, Vouvray, Chinon.... Touraine the gardens of France.
I am also 900 meters (3 minutes) from the A10 exit which goes from Paris to Bordeaux. (Exit n*23, Chambray les Tours, Saint Avertin, toll. Otherwise exit n*22, Saint Avertin, free, at the bottom of my street).
Activities
There are many cultural activities such as castles and hikes on the hillsides towards Rochecorbon which overlooks the city of Tours.

There's a shower available with a solar-heated hose, opposite the toilet. For stays of several nights, a bathroom with a shower is available in my house, depending on the length of your stay. I have a rustic summer kitchen in an outbuilding. The garden has a barbecue, garden table, parasols, etc. There's no hot water in the kitchen, but there is a small kettle. Various dishes are available (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc.). An electrical hookup and extension cord are available, with an easily accessible outlet. Good internet speed.
