At the foot of the Sainte-Baume mountain range and bordering the state forest (protected site), this private plot of land offers a view of the medieval site of Castrum. Surrounded by forest and fields, it is sunny, quiet, and located on the edge of the village, away from the main road. The nearest house is over 300 meters away. Nearby activities include a Provençal market, the Basilica of Saint-Maximin (the third most important tomb in Christendom), beaches, the sea, and Lake Sainte-Croix several kilometers away. There is a children's play area a 2-minute walk away, a football stadium, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a municipal ping-pong table. All the activities of the Côte Bleue and Côte d'Azur are also within easy reach. Other remarks: Showers are available at the owner's house for an additional €2. In the village, there are two pizzerias, a grocery store, a bakery, prepared meals at the bar/tobacconist, a bar/restaurant on the village square, a pastry shop, and a hairdresser.
