Welcome to Ramonville-Saint-Agne! This property is 15 minutes from Toulouse's historic centre, accessible by bus and metro, or via the cycle path along the Canal du Midi. For vans or motorhomes, please provide three dimensions so we can confirm the vehicle can turn around. Van parking is in front of the house, facing the park. The meadows are accessible only on foot and by bike. Contact us before arrival for directions and information. Bring pen and paper — detailed information will be provided by phone only, not by SMS.
This is an urban green paradise comprising a 10,000 m² park and meadows surrounding a 15th-century stone building (former fortified manor house), originally a wine property. You'll enjoy calm, space, and cool summer temperatures.
Activities: The Canal du Midi cycle path is 800 metres away, ideal for cycling tourists. Toulouse city centre is 7 km away; bus, metro, and the canal cycle path lead to the city centre.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
STRICTLY non-smoking (tobacco, cannabis or other greens!), no pets. You are staying with a local, NOT camping; this is a garden NOT a campsite; we are amateurs NOT tourism professionals (we also work): So you don't arrive at 11 p.m. or 7 a.m. on the first day to set up. After that, there are no time restrictions.
