In a small valley in the middle of the Oberpfälzer Forest, surrounded by trees, meadows and a small stream, lies a historic mill. The old farmhouse in Oberpfälzer architectural style evokes rural life from earlier times. You feel like you're on a small journey through time. The property has a rich history and the buildings could tell many stories. We are giving this place a new future – since summer 2021 a new wind has been blowing.
The project is just beginning. But it is already a place of encounter, a place of peace and relaxation, a place of positive energy, a place where time seems to stand still and yet flows. And we want to share that with you.
We offer you a meadow surrounded by trees, in the middle of nature, far away from stress and restlessness for camping.
Renovations are underway. The old farmhouse will shine in new splendor. And even though it is a construction site, you will notice nothing of the work at your pitch. You can enjoy the peace – we promise you that.
Activities
This is a standalone property, yet there is much to experience in the immediate area. Take time to hike, cycle and enjoy the Oberpfälzer Zoigl culture.
The property is part of the well-known sculpture trail – a beautiful circular hiking route featuring works by various artists exploring the themes of "time," "goal," and "path."
Other things
Camping here is also suitable for families. There is space to relax, play and run around. The animals also enjoy your visit.
