About this location

Are there so many stars in the sky? Those who arrive at La Quinta at night are always dazzled by the benefits of nature: the deep silence you hear, the fresh, pure air you breathe and the sky so starry you can clearly make out the Milky Way. Needless to say, rest is guaranteed here.
In the heart of the São Mamede mountains, in the midst of a protected landscape, the Quinta is the ideal place for a spiritual retreat. It's not that there's nothing to do. It's just that you don't want to do anything other than enjoy the excellent conditions for relaxation.
With this in mind, Nuno Malato Correia began transforming the family property into a rural tourism house. Previously, the structures housed the Tapada's large agricultural workforce and stables. This was the case for 200 years. After considering his future here, Nuno Malato built his own house and equipped the Quinta with all the infrastructure needed to welcome guests, both for rural tourism and in an area specially created to accommodate motorhomes, mini-vans, caravans, etc.
A single area offering guests total exclusivity, next to the stream that runs through the property.
