About this location

With a sweeping 360-degree view encompassing the mountains surrounding Pinoso, offering spectacular sunrises and sunsets under reddish skies. Peace and quiet reign at night under the starry sky. The property I offer is a fenced plot of farmland measuring 3500 m², located 2 km from the village. The site is peaceful and spacious, though the planted trees are still growing and there is no shade yet. I live on the same property in a caravan and a small house. The nights are very quiet, with no traffic noise. During the day, you might hear some tractors and farm work. The location is very sunny. Keep in mind that it can be windy on windy days, but if there is no wind, it's wonderful. At night, it's dark with few lights. The village is 2 km away (a 30-minute walk) with all kinds of shops and bars. There is a swimming pool in Monovar. Fortuna has a thermal spa. Wine routes are available in Pinoso, Jumilla, and the surrounding area. Other towns/cities to visit include Villena and Petrer. It's an hour from the sea in Alicante or Elche. Other features: The property is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and almond orchards, all organically farmed. I practice some permaculture principles here, and we sometimes do activities like yoga sessions and planting. No pets allowed, as I live with two cats. Maintain a calm atmosphere with a tendency to silence. Music can be played at a suitable volume so that it is not heard throughout the site. Possibility of sharing a fire evening. Maximum caution with bonfires and barbecues and prohibited on days with strong wind.
