Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.

Therefore, we ask that you respect other guests' rest after 11:00 PM, keep the facilities clean, and take care of the animals and the natural environment. Pets are welcome as long as they are kept under control and their owners clean up after them. Fires are not permitted outside of designated areas.
