About this location
Beautiful 2.5 acre property in the valley of Parowan, UT. Mountainous views and quiet neighborhood. Only 5 minutes from the Parowan gap, 25 minutes from Brian Head, just over an hour to Bryce Valley National Park, and just over an hour to Zion National Park!
You will be set up right next to our house on our 2.5 acre property. There is a R.V hookup with water and electricity. We do not allow dumping as it is attached to our septic tank. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the mountains from our backyard are breathtaking and un beatable. There are no bright lights or loud noises on our property, just ranches around us with farm animals and quiet neighbors.

Outside of where you will be staying you're only 5 minutes from the Parowan gap, 25 minutes from Brian Head, just over an hour to Bryce Valley National Park, and just over an hour to Zion National Park!

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 3 days before check-in date will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excl. Campspace fees). Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
Rules
Animals are allowed on the property but must be either leashed or connected to the chain pole. There will be no sewer hookups on site. Utah quiet time is 10PM and will be respected or you will be asked to leave the property. Please know this is our home and we ask you respect our property and treat it as you would treat your home.
