Tent
Welcome to the heart of Alsace, on the wine route, at the foot of the Grand Ballon Vosgien. Our family will be delighted to welcome you and ensure you have a wonderful stay in our region. Ecology is at the heart of our concerns, which is why we eco-built our home and now want to enhance our garden with Campspace. We look forward to meeting new people and sharing some of our facilities in a spirit of shared living.
Our garden is located at the bottom of our village, at the foot of a magnificent sub-Vosges hill called Bollenberg. This hill is known for its Mediterranean flora and fauna thanks to its microclimate. On the other side of the village, the Vosges Mountains rise. Street lighting is off from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. every night. Our garden is fully wooded and enclosed. It is located at the back of the house, so it is protected from traffic.
Activities
On site, campers will have access to the swimming pool (3mx7m), play and relaxation equipment for young and old (cabin, slide, hammock, board games, badminton, etc.). However, their use by children must be under parental supervision.
Accessible within a 5-minute walk: a playground, a basketball court and a pétanque court.
For nature lovers, numerous hiking trails marked by the Vosges Club are accessible directly from the house: dry hills, vineyards, forests, or mountains, you'll be spoiled for choice. Our street also overlooks the Euro Vélo 5 cycle path, allowing you to explore the entire region.
For those who love the local produce, the village is located on the wine route, where you can discover our many winegrowers who will be delighted to show you around their farms and let you taste their wines.
By car, you can easily reach Colmar (its Little Venice, its museums), Mulhouse (Cité du Train and Automobile Museum), Strasbourg (its cathedral, its European Parliament) and the leisure parks: Petit Prince (15 min), Ecomuseum (15 min) and Europapark (1 hour). Closer, all amenities (shops, nautical center, cinema, etc.) are available in Guebwiller.
Other remarks
We have 1 dog, 1 cat, and 1 rabbit. They are very friendly, but upon request, they will be kept away from the camping area.
Committed to having the lowest possible carbon footprint, we also ask our campers to come with a spirit of happy sobriety. Careful waste sorting is in place, and reasonable water management is encouraged.
