Spring with excellent water flow year-round, 8 minutes from the property. The land borders a railway line. A 20m² concrete platform is available for parking your truck or campervan. Located 3 minutes from a forest. By car, 5 minutes from the Chaux Forest (the Chaux Forest is located east of the city of Dole in the Jura and Doubs departments. It is one of the largest deciduous forests in France, particularly oak forests). 5 minutes from the magnificent EuroVelo route.

Adjacent to our spring/summer recreation area, a 1700m² plot with a 19m² concrete slab is at your disposal for your caravan or motorhome. There is also a small wooden shed for storage. A monthly rent of €180 will be required. There is no electricity, but excellent spring water is available 8 minutes from the site. If you wish, you can install solar panels and collect rainwater. You will be replacing a lovely tenant who has lived with us for two years and is now moving on. Details and conditions can be agreed upon together. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the possibility of setting up your project. Please note, we are very open-minded but we detest those who are disrespectful of people and nature and waste our time.
