About this location
Located in the heart of the village, yet almost completely secluded in nature. A small stream babbles on the other side of the driveway. A bakery, a playground, and a sports field are just a few steps away. The train station is approximately 1.3 km away. The gate is 4 meters wide, and the parking space is a comfortable 7 meters long. With some maneuvering, and provided the vehicles are together, up to three vehicles can be accommodated. If you are unsure, please ask for details. For example, a VW T4 can easily be parked, but it is necessary to be able to reverse around a bend when entering or exiting. The area is ideal for long hikes, bike tours, or as a base for excursions to Dresden, Freiberg, Chemnitz, or Oederan.

Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of the amount paid by them (excluding Campspace fees). If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not be refunded. If the host does not accept the reservation, guests will receive a full refund.
